Newport Harbor The harbor during the day provides opportunity to photograph the inner workings of the fishing industry. In a nearby parking area there were a couple of beached older craft that made interesting photos as well as the stored fishing gear. My favorite time to photograph the harbor was at twilight. Just after the sun sets the water changes to a cobalt blue color. If you are taking pictures at the harbor it’s always a good idea to receive permission first.
