MAPS Annual Holiday Party ~ December 2019

A good time was had by all at the annual MAPS Holiday Party.

Several volunteers came in to set up everything and get the party rolling.  Red poinsettias adorned the Arbor Room – inside and out – and were also the centerpieces on each table.  Party goers brought in yummy dishes and filled up the tables in the Founders Room.  We had plenty to eat!  Our president, Tim O’Brien, held an uncontested Board election.  We watched Mary’s slideshow, “Vacation Photos”, and enjoyed seeing places around the world that our members have visited.  Our Scavenger Hunt had 20 happy winners.  We had fun playing the “Name That Holiday Song” game with Bill’s team winning it all.  Our centerpiece raffles of red poinsettias and our Grand Raffles had many happy winners.  It was a really fun night!

All this was made possible by the many volunteers that came in to set up the Arbor Room, put out drinks and food, greet our guests, sell raffle tickets, run the lights, sound and computer, bring in food, take photos and especially those who stayed to help clean up.  Thank you so much for all your help!  This event cannot be the success it is without you.
