Nestled among rolling woodlands and quiet shorelines in Willow Springs, Maple Lake Farm Forest Preserve offers stunning reflections of vibrant autumn foliage at its peak. On October 23 at our next Photo Outing we’ll explore its lakeside trails and overlooks for opportunities to capture colorful maples, mirrored landscapes, and wildlife in their fall habitat.
Bring your favorite lens for both wide vistas and close-up details — the early morning light should be great in the leaves and reflections in the water.
Participants should meet at 07:30 AM in the boathouse parking lot at 9501 Wolf Rd in Willow Springs.
